The dog walks would be on a Thursday and Friday, around 12.30pm. Perry is very fearful and therefore reactive to any other dog, so we are using lots of treats as we are ongoing training. We can start walks and maybe meet ups prior to September, to get Perry used to other adults.
He is a very gentle puppy, especially with children; however, he is very anxious with adults and other children (or anything that moves). But he LOVES and will do anything for a ball and food. If the food/treats do not work, the ball will.
So I’m wondering if you have experience with dogs like Perry already? I would love for someone to come in, maybe give him his lunch, play with him for around 10 minutes, then take him on a walk. We would be ever so grateful, with new work commitments and hopefully meeting new people will help him become more confident!
