Have a growth mindset? Love dogs? This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Executive with a passion for Affiliate, Partnership and Influencer marketing to join an award-winning team. We’re Tails.com, a dog food subscription company with a big difference. We create truly tailored food for each and every dog we serve. We start by asking people a few simple questions about their dog. Then we use that information to create their dog’s unique Tails.com recipe – so their dog gets exactly the nutrition they need, in the taste they love, delivered to their door every month.

We’ve got bold plans. Having created an entirely new category in pet food, we’re now scaling fast in the UK and Europe – backed by Purina, one of the world’s largest pet food companies. You’ll join a bunch of smart people working towards the same goals – and a bunch of smart-ish dogs, all working on their own thing. Together, we’ll change the world of pet food for good. An ambitious, exciting, expert team of award-winning marketers. In Performance Marketing, it’s our job to inspire people to try Tails.com for the first time across our broad diverse channel mix.

  • Channel areas of responsibility - to develop and deliver activity for Affiliates, Partnerships and Influencers.
  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager to deliver regular PCAs for the Affiliate, Partnerships and Influencer channels.
  • Working closely with the Brand and Creative team to ensure brand guidelines alongside channel best practice is used for your channel creative development.
  • Supporting the Performance Marketing Manager to deliver the regular channel forecast and reporting cadence.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure the impact of the forecast supports the overall Commercial Plan.

The skills you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years in a Performance Marketing role (or closely related), agency or client-side.
  • Must have native level English language proficiency - oral and written.
  • Experience working on the planning & delivery of performance channels on at least one of the following: Affiliates, Partnerships & Influencers.
  • Basic understanding of the interplay of all performance marketing channels and investment.
  • Eager to develop an understanding of performance marketing channels and the appropriate application for Tails.com.
  • Knowledge of tracking and appropriate reporting cadence incl. GA4, digital attribution, LTV:CAC etc.
  • Good numeracy and analytical skills.
