The Role
The Content Designer’s primary responsibility is to engage our customers by creating compelling content and copy across our digital product experiences. Your work will help dog owners better understand our product offer, engage with our services, and build long‑term relationships with Tails.com.
Responsibilities
- Develop user‑centered content for Tails.com’s digital experience.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Create UX copy from brief to final delivery.
- Support storytelling and content presentation across the team.
- Research industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform content strategy.
- Use customer feedback, data, and analytics to continuously improve content performance.
- Monitor competitor content and recommend improvements.
- Stay current with digital best practices and optimise content for online platforms.
- Ensure all content complies with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, product managers, and developers across multiple product teams.
- Collaborate with the brand team on adapting tone of voice style guides for broader use cases.
