Role Description
The Lettings Negotiator is a full-time, on-site role based in Inverness. The role involves managing lettings from initial enquiry through to move-in, including arranging and conducting property viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants and carrying our inspections. The Lettings Negotiator will prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation, and ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating property marketing, and working closely with colleagues to provide a seamless service. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a focus on delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to represent Tailormade Moves professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain information clearly and build rapport with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Proven customer service skills, with a track record of delivering a professional, friendly, and reliable experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
- Comfort using property management or CRM software, email, and standard office applications.
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in residential lettings or a related field is advantageous, though candidates with relevant transferable skills are welcome.
