About the Role and Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Teaching Assistant working with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in

The Ideal Candidate Experience

* The ideal candidate will have:

* A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years Education

* Experience supporting children and young people on a 1:1 and group basis

* A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting learning and development

* Strong communication and teamwork skills with teachers and other staff

* An understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles
