The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1600 £ per month.

As a PPA Cover Teacher working with TailorEDucation, you will play a key role in supporting teaching staff by delivering planned lessons during PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment, ensuring pupils continue to make progress while their class teacher is unavailable. Flexibility, professionalism, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

You will work across a variety of primary schools in Kent and Medway, all known for their supportive leadership teams, inclusive ethos, and commitment to pupil development. TailorEDucation partners with a wide range of schools and educational settings across Kent and Medway, from early years through to secondary level. Our partner schools provide welcoming and structured environments where supply teachers are valued and pupils are encouraged to thrive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification (essential)
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school
  • Ability to deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
  • Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with a focus on maintaining continuity of learning
