As a Qualified Primary Teacher working on a supply basis with TailorEDucation, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning and development within primary school settings across the Maidstone area. You will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons (pre-planned or your own where required), maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. Flexibility, professionalism, and a passion for primary education are key to success in this role.
You will work within a range of primary schools in Maidstone and the surrounding areas, all known for their welcoming staff teams, supportive leadership, and commitment to pupil wellbeing and progress. - Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
- A positive, adaptable approach and a commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
