- Engagement with other charities
You don’t need to have skills in all of the above but if you are at all interested please contact me with details of what experience you can offer. In particular, I’m hoping to create an active Facebook group using bereavement quotes and also to comment on the posts of other charities in the same field to build relationships.
What will you be doing?
I need someone creative to work alongside me to help create and deliver a social media strategy for this business to grow and become sustainable, having a much larger impact on bereaved families. This may involve spending time on various tasks as required but can focus on your strengths and areas of expertise. I have currently set up Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and a website from scratch but struggle to post regularly despite having plenty of material. You don’t need to be an expert on all platforms and can probably focus on your favourite ones.
Social media and marketing will be key to improving the brand’s awareness for Tailored Yarn, which is important for raising awareness of our mission to bring comfort and healing while preserving memories for grieving children through stories.
Background: Following a successful year with a TEDx talk and nomination for a national entrepreneur competition, I’m hoping to build on this firm foundation but am seeking individuals with the right expertise to help guide the business in the right direction.
