We’re recruiting for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established service team covering key sites across Yorkshire. This is a chance to join a business that doesn’t just value your technical skills, but also offers clear paths into projects, design, or sales down the line. You’ll be working across a range of food and beverage manufacturing sites, handling varied work across industrial systems including ammonia and CO2.
Role:
- Service, repair, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems
- Door-to-door paid travel (1.5x overtime after standard hours, double time on weekends)
- Part of a 1-in-7 callout rota
- Opportunity to get involved in project work
- Varied workload across food/bev contracting
Experience:
- Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems
- Ammonia handling experience and relevant qualifications (desirable)
- F-Gas certification
Package:
- Salary £45K- £50K basic
- OTE £70K+
- Paid door-to-door (1.5x overtime, double time weekends)
