Industrial Refrigeration Engineer – Yorkshire / M62
Location: Yorkshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + Van + Benefits Included
We\’re recruiting for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join a well‑established service team covering key sites across Yorkshire. This is a chance to join a business that doesn\’t just value your technical skills, but also offers clear paths into projects, design, or sales down the line.
You’ll be working across a range of food and beverage manufacturing sites, handling varied work across industrial systems including ammonia and CO₂.
Role
- Service, repair, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems
- Door‑to‑door paid travel (1.5x overtime after standard hours, double time on weekends)
- Part of a 1‑in‑7 callout rota
- Opportunity to get involved in project work
- Varied workload across food / beverage contracting
Experience
- Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems
- Ammonia handling experience and relevant qualifications (desirable)
- F‑Gas certification
Package
- Salary £45K‑£50K basic
- OTE £70K+
- Paid door‑to‑door (1.5x overtime, double time weekends)
- 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
