We are recruiting for a leading name in industrial refrigeration that is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK. This is a strategic role focused on developing new business opportunities, growing key accounts and helping shape the future direction of an established contracting division. You will be joining a business with a strong reputation in the refrigeration contracting market, capable of delivering refrigeration projects across some of the UK’s most critical industrial environments.

The Role

This is a highly autonomous position where you will be responsible for identifying and winning new project opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers and internal teams. Working closely with design engineering and project teams, you will take opportunities from initial enquiry through to tender submission, negotiation and contract award.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business within the food, beverage and industrial process sectors
  • Leading commercial negotiations and contract discussions
  • Ongoing management and support of a small team
  • Supporting tender preparation and bid strategy
  • Monitoring market activity and identifying growth opportunities
