We are recruiting for an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established service team covering key sites across the Central Belt. This is a chance to join a business that values your technical skills and offers clear paths into projects, design, or sales down the line.
You will be working across a range of food and beverage manufacturing sites as well as marine, handling varied work across industrial systems including ammonia and CO2.
Role:- Service, repair, and maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems
- Door-to-door paid travel (1.5x overtime after standard hours, double time on weekends)
- Part of a 1-in-8 callout rota
- Opportunity to get involved in project work
- Varied workload across food and beverage contracting
- Experience working with industrial refrigeration systems
- Ammonia handling experience and relevant qualifications (desirable)
- F-Gas certification
- Salary £45K- £50K basic
- OTE £70K+
- Paid door-to-door (1.5x overtime, double time weekends)
- 26 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Company van + fuel card
