A leading HVAC manufacturer are seeking a HVAC Rental Engineer to support its growing rental division across the Midlands and Northern regions. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys a varied field-based role involving installation, commissioning, fault finding, planned maintenance, and customer interaction across a wide range of HVAC and chiller equipment. The Role:
- Installation, commissioning, decommissioning, servicing, and maintenance of rental chillers and HVAC equipment
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs across the rental fleet
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults efficiently
- Supporting customers on-site while maintaining high service and safety standards
- Providing technical support and identifying additional opportunities where appropriate
- Completing accurate service reports and communicating effectively with internal service teams
- Assisting with mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior engineers when required
