Seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineer / Process Cooling Engineer to join a growing service division across the food and beverage industry working across the Midlands. This is a hands-on, field-based role working on large-scale refrigeration and cooling systems within manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and heavy commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, service, maintenance, and fault-finding on industrial refrigeration and process cooling systems
- Working with ammonia, CO2, and HFC/HFO systems (experience preferred)
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on refrigeration and chillers
- Supporting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Liaising with clients on-site to provide technical support and advice
Requirements:
- Experience in either industrial refrigeration or heavy commercial refrigeration or process cooling systems within food & beverage environments
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- F-Gas certification
- Experience with ammonia systems highly desirable
- Full UK driving licence
