Service Operations Manager in Dartford, Kent

Service Operations Manager – HVAC Location: Dartford Salary: £50K–65k 26 Hols, Pension Service Operations Manager, required to lead a small team of Service Coordinators and oversee HVAC service operations across the UK. The opportunity is working with a well-regarded manufacturer and contractor who has a strong presence in the delivery of HVAC systems and service solutions globally. This role is a growth role that focuses on delivering a strong customer service experience, meeting key performance targets, and ensuring efficient scheduling, reporting, and workflow management. We’re seeking someone ideally from a Service industry across Engineering/ HVAC/ Mechanical related services, ideally in a Service Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Service Coordinator/ Manager or Helpdesk Manager position. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support a team of Service Coordinators * Manage service operations from order entry to invoicing * Drive KPI performance, SLA compliance and backlog management * Oversee maintenance scheduling and engineer reporting * Handle customer issues and produce regular performance reports * Work closely with Sales, Operations and Technical teams Package * £50K-£65K * 26 days holiday * Life assurance and sick pay * Ongoing training, development and career progression
