We are working with a well-established HVAC contractor specialising in the design, installation, and delivery of commercial ventilation and air conditioning projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager / Contracts Engineer / Contracts Manager to oversee projects from sales handover through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong HVAC background who enjoys managing projects, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing HVAC projects from initial handover to completion
  • Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Organising labour, materials, and site activities
  • Conducting site visits and progress meetings
  • Managing project documentation including RAMS and project plans
  • Monitoring project costs, variations, and programme delivery
  • Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Supporting the development of strong client relationships and identifying further business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Ventilation / Air Conditioning / HVAC project delivery
  • Project or contracts management within M&E or HVAC environments
  • Managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Commercial and programme awareness
  • Client-facing project coordination
