An established air conditioning and ventilation contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contract Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of HVAC projects within their growing division. The role will involve managing refurbishment and installation works across a variety of commercial settings, including offices, healthcare, and similar environments, working closely with internal and external teams.
This position would suit a commercially aware Contract Manager who enjoys taking projects from initial handover through to final account, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You will be joining a business that is expanding its market presence and investing in its management team, offering both long‑term stability and genuine career progression.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (dependent on experience)
- Performance bonus £6,000
- Car allowance
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Qualified in mechanical or building services engineering (degree, HNC/HND, or apprenticeship background)
- Strong track record of managing HVAC installation and refurbishment contracts
