We're recruiting for a leading name in industrial refrigeration that is looking to appoint a Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK. This is a strategic role focused on developing new business opportunities, growing key accounts and helping shape the future direction of an established contracting division.
You'll be joining a business with a strong reputation in the refrigeration contracting market, capable of delivering refrigeration projects across some of the UK's most critical industrial environments.
The Role
This is a highly autonomous position where you'll be responsible for identifying and winning new project opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers and internal teams. Working closely with design engineering and project teams, you'll take opportunities from initial enquiry through to tender submission, negotiation and contract award.
- Developing new business within the food, beverage and industrial process sectors
- Leading commercial negotiations and contract discussions
- Ongoing management and support of a small team
- Supporting tender preparation and bid strategy
- Monitoring market activity and identifying growth opportunities
- Working closely with internal engineering and project delivery teams

- Proven sales or business development experience within Industrial Refrigeration
- Strong technical understanding of refrigeration systems and applications
- Experience selling large-scale projects or contracting solutions
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
