There will also be an opportunity for hybrid working for the right-skilled person. Must have excellent communication skills and ability & technically minded.\\n\\nResponsibility & Duties\\n\\n * Ability to operate on multiple projects and organise themselves to meet all assigned\\n\\n * deadlines agreed with the project lead as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\n * Provide support to the Project Team in the creation and development of 3D models in Revit.\\n\\n * Run clash detection within Revit/Navisworks and work with the Project Team to resolve\\n\\n * Clashes as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\n * Contribution to MEP library of BIM objects as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\n * Abide by Design MEP drafting procedures in line with ISO 19650 standards.\\n\\n * Abide by project project-specific BIM Execution Plan.\\n\\n * Ability to use a Common Data Environment such as Viewpoint For Projects.\\n\\n * Experience of producing working drawing packages and construction Phase BIM\\n\\n * Information as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\nExperience & Qualification\\n\\n * Experience using MagiCAD is desirable as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\n * Practical knowledge of delivering COBie data is desirable\\n\\n * Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD Essential as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\n * Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as the Revit MEP Coordinator\\n\\n * Building Services MEP background or qualifications\\n\\nShould this role be of interest please send your most up to date CV to the details below and get in touch straight away.\\n\\npritesh @ t-talent. co.
