Overview
Revit MEP Co-ordinator – Permanent – Location: Fully Remote – Salary: Per Annum negotiable depending on experience.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a UK-based leading Autodesk software reseller and digital transformation partner within the built environment. They support major Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms across the UK and are expanding their team. The role is for an experienced Revit MEP Co-ordinator / MEP Digital Engineer who is a team player, eager to learn, and passionate about the construction industry. The candidate should be customer-focused and capable of building strong relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery. They should have 3–4 years of experience in a Construction or off-site manufacturing background creating Mechanical, Electrical, or Public Health models/drawings to RIBA Stage 5 with a high level of detail, ideally within a building services environment.
Responsibilities
- Model MEP models to RIBA Stage 5 with a high level of detail.
- Create layout drawings for General Arrangements, MEP layouts, or 2D markups, including modelled elements and annotations.
- Create manufacturer-specific Revit models/families.
- Create parametric/dynamic Revit families for flexible use.
- Implement and retain specifications in Revit models.
- Work with BIM Execution Plans and extract project requirements.
- Provide MEP coordination advice to design partners.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience producing MEP models to RIBA Stage 5 with a high level of detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit with a focus on MEP modelling/drawing production.
- Foundational knowledge in AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of MEP detailing for manufacturing/fabrication in Revit.
- Experience working with Offsite Contractors or in MMC project works.
- Experience with installation drawings for on-site use.
- Working knowledge of wider design tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Solibri is advantageous but not essential.
