A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in Leicester. The company specialises in delivering infrastructure and groundworks packages for major residential developments, working with national housebuilders and commercial developers across the Midlands and surrounding regions.
With a strong reputation for delivering projects to high standards, the business utilises modern surveying technology and machine control modelling to support efficient site operations. Due to continued growth and project demand, they are now looking to expand their technical team by bringing in a CAD Technician / Land Surveyor to support surveying, modelling and drawing production for ongoing construction projects.
This permanent position will involve working alongside experienced engineers, surveyors and project managers, supporting a range of civil engineering and groundworks projects, including:
- Site modelling
- Earthworks calculations
- Topographical surveys
- Machine control modelling
- Production of accurate AutoCAD drawings for site teams
