A brilliant opportunity has arisen for one of our reputable clients, who is a leading digital construction consultancy, supporting clients across the AEC sector with BIM, information management, and digital delivery services. As project demand continues to grow, my client is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Digital Engineer to strengthen delivery capability across live, coordinated BIM projects.
This role is suited to a design-led Building Services / MEP Digital Engineer who is confident working in Revit MEP and comfortable operating within coordinated BIM environments, running clashes. The successful candidate will support project delivery alongside BIM teams, designers, and external stakeholders. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who can contribute quickly to live projects rather than a management or purely strategic position.
Responsibility & Duties
- Supporting MEP design and digital delivery across coordinated BIM projects
- Producing and developing Revit MEP models in line with client and project requirements
- Working within federated models alongside architectural and structural teams
- Supporting coordination activities, including clash resolution and model reviews
- Assisting with the implementation of BIM workflows and project standards
- Liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal delivery teams
- Supporting design development from concept through to detailed stages
- Providing practical, delivery-first support across multiple live projects
Experience & Qualification
- Background in Building Services MEP
- MEP engineering (consultancy or BIM-led contractor environment)
- Strong hands-on experience using Revit MEP
- Design-led experience across one or more MEP disciplines
- Experience working within coordinated BIM environments
- Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and model-based delivery
- Ability to work independently and manage technical outputs
- Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is beneficial
- Strong communication skills & personable
