TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded high street law firm in Brecon that is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its residential property team. This is a unique opportunity to handle a diverse and interesting caseload, including High Net Worth (HNW) property matters from London and across the UK, all from the picturesque base of Brecon - with flexibility to work remotely on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a caseload of up to 100 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion, with support from a dedicated Legal Secretary
- Handling a variety of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, and HNW transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient process
- Ensuring compliance with CQS standards and AML regulations
- Contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm's national reputation in residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' experience
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law, particularly with complex or high-value transactions
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional client care
- Comfortable working independently with support from secretarial staff
- Able to work from the Brecon office, with hybrid remote working available
