TSR Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm with deep rural roots, as they seek a Rural Estates Senior Associate / Partner to join their highly regarded Lifetime Planning & Agriculture team. As a key member of the team, you will advise a broad client base of high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and farming businesses on: Agricultural property transactions (sales, purchases, tenancies, and rights over land) Estate and succession planning Trusts, wills, and inheritance tax advice Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies Asset protection and rural business structuring This is a visible and rewarding role offering significant client contact, suited to a Solicitor with a passion for the rural sector and long-term client relationships.
