With a brilliant culture built on trust, collaboration and continuous improvement, they’re now looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Manager to lead a team of three and elevate the AP function.
The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who thrives in a changing environment. You’ll take ownership of the purchase ledger, drive process improvements, and play a key part in shaping how the function evolves as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of three Purchase Ledger Clerks
- Oversee the full purchase ledger process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Drive improvements across systems, controls and workflows
- Build strong supplier relationships and resolve queries promptly
- Support month-end activities including reconciliations and reporting
- Partner with the wider finance team during a period of transformation
About You
- Strong background in Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
- Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
