The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll be responsible for managing the finance function, overseeing an established transactional finance team and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of all month-end reporting activities. This is a hands-on role that combines operational finance leadership with month-end and management accounting responsibilities, making it ideally suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail whilst also helping drive improvements and developing their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the month-end close process
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis
- Production of balance sheet reconciliations and review of key controls
- Cashflow monitoring and forecasting
- Management and development of the transactional finance team
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
- Working closely with operational teams across the business
- Ensuring robust financial processes and controls are maintained

About You
