Lead Fresh Produce Technical strategy. This is a key Senior Technical Manager position working with a successful supplier of Fresh Produce and will incorporate the management of the quality & technical team, the supply base across the UK and abroad, and key customers to include retail accounts. With responsibility for the daily management of the technical function across the business, it provides the exciting opportunity to manage all categories and ensure the company continues to drive business forward, meeting a high level of standards, interacting across all departments and levels.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Specialist Sector Experience: Proven technical expertise gained specifically within the competitive FMCG, Fresh Food / Produce sector.
  • Senior Experience: Significant experience (5+ years preferred) gained at a senior level in Technical within Fresh Produce / Fresh Food / FMCG.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the entire Fresh Food Supply Chain.
  • Leadership Qualities: Professional, confident, and highly effective communicator at all levels.
  • Resilience: Ability to thrive and meet tight deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Financial Incentive & Work-Life Balance: Salary up to £60,000. Standard Monday – Friday schedule. Location: South East.
