A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce supplier, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We are currently seeking a Quality Controller to strengthen their product quality team at an exciting time of expansion.
Reporting to the QA Manager, the successful Quality Controller will work alongside a QC team on the night shift to ensure all product is checked on Intake and approved to the highest quality standards, meeting customer expectations. This is a key role communicating between departments on product usage and rotation, managing the team to ensure all standards are met & logged appropriately adhering to customer expectations / requirements and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Requirements;
Previous experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Fresh Produce knowledge, with exposure to Fruit products advantageous
Team player, confident to make decisions and work alone when required
Ability to communicate at all levels
Location: Kent
Salary; c£35k
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday; 9pm to 6am
