QC / Quality Controller

We currently offer an exciting opportunity to join a successful Fresh Produce supplier, becoming a key member of the Quality & Technical team as QC / Quality Controller.

The position of QC / Quality Controller will be instrumental in assisting the QC team with day-to-day activities, focusing on quality control inspections of product, packaging, and labelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product quality inspection
2. Work to & achieve daily team & business KPI’s
3. Maintain a high level of Hygiene and Health & Safety
4. Ensure all product packaging & labelling meets expected standards
5. Collect samples and assist in resolving any issues or defects in a timely manner

Requirements:

1. Experience in a Quality Control / Quality Assurance role
2. Fresh Produce knowledge advantageous, ideally Fruit
3. Good attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
4. A driving licence is essential due to the location of our client

Location: Marden, Kent

Salary: £13.23 after training / Paid hourly + Overtime after 48 hours

Day Shift: 7.00am to 19.00pm 4 days on 3 days off
