Our Client is a leading supplier of Fresh Produce to the major retailers. We currently offer an opportunity on their behalf in a key position as Production / Packhouse Supervisor within their Packhouse facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, the position of Production / Packhouse Supervisor will ensure the team produces product to the levels and output required, meeting customer specification.

The role of Production / Packhouse Supervisor will incorporate:

  • Effective management of the team, producing the required product standards and requirements.
  • Management of KPI’s ensuring achievement and productivity on the lines.
  • Stock management and allocation.

We require:

  • Experience of production team management, in a Team Leader / Supervisor position.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Fresh Produce exposure advantageous.
  • Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Freshware, D365.

Hours: 42.5 hours a week, 8.5 hours standard working day. Will be expected to work every other weekend.

Salary: c£31k + mobile phone.

Location: Kent.
