Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with a counterpart, focusing on maximizing value and ensuring stability across a complex fresh produce supply chain:
- Category Ownership: Full accountability for the procurement of Fresh Produce across key Fruit categories, mainly Stone Fruit.
- Negotiation & KPIs: Lead complex price negotiations and manage supplier performance to meet challenging financial KPI’s.
- Stock Management: Strategic planning and management of stock to guarantee volume and minimize waste across the supply chain.
- Quality & Supplier Relations: Manage successful, positive supplier relationships while ensuring all product quality standards are strictly achieved.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analysis to inform buying strategies and market positioning.
