We are recruiting a Procurement Manager/Buyer to join a successful Fresh Produce specialist. This is a pivotal role demanding commercial acumen and technical expertise, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of designated product categories and drive company financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Category Ownership: Full accountability for the procurement of Fresh Produce across key Fruit categories.
- Negotiation & KPIs: Lead complex price negotiations and manage supplier performance to meet challenging financial KPI’s
- Stock Management: Strategic planning and management of stock to guarantee volume and minimize waste across the supply chain.
- Quality & Supplier Relations: Manage successful, positive supplier relationships while ensuring all product quality standards are strictly achieved.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analysis to inform buying strategies and market positioning.
