We have the privilege of working with an established and ever-expanding Fresh Produce Group. We now require an Environmental Social and Governance Analyst to support the delivery of the Group-wide ESG strategy.

The position of Environmental Social and Governance Analyst is of high importance within the group, with global awareness of individuals working to grow, pack and supply the world’s finest fresh produce.

The Environmental Social and Governance Analyst must be a Power BI super user and will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting ESG data to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping to drive measurable progress against Group sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyse data across environmental, social, and governance pillars for the Group businesses and global suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track progress on ESG KPIs, Net Zero targets, and responsible sourcing metrics.
  • Drive the continual development of internal tools and templates for supply chain mapping, data gathering and ESG reporting.
  • Support compliance with regulatory and customer ESG frameworks and reporting standards (e.g. GRI, TCFD, CSRD, SECR, Modern Slavery Statement).
  • Conduct ESG risk assessments and materiality assessments across the Group supply chains.
  • Monitor ESG regulations and industry trends; highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Support ESG disclosures and alignment to external benchmarks

We require

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
  • Degree in Sustainability or Environmental Science.
  • Analytical with the ability to complete root cause analysis and proven experience delivering sustainable improvement plans.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels and disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong work ethic, deadline focused.

Travel will be required, so a Driving Licence is essential.
