A market leader in their sector, our client is an established & highly regarded Fresh Produce Supplier to the major retailers. Due to success and recent growth, we offer an exciting opportunity to join the business as a Business Analyst.

The position of Business Analyst is an exciting opportunity to work with the Finance team and to work alongside their Management Accountant, with the aim of gathering key information / data to ensure the successful outcome of business forecasting projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the financial system process
  • Processing 3rd party stock movements
  • Complete weekly stock reviews and write-offs
  • Review and amend inbound and packing cubes as required
  • Updating pricing cubes with the latest Sales Price for all SKUs
  • Review and reconcile stock balances compared to data from the shop floor and amend local systems
  • Support the Management Accountant with: Budget analysis, Forecasting, Commercial analysis, FP&A

We require

  • Experience with a stock management system
  • Experience with Prophet ERP or a similar system
  • Highly tuned and strong analytical skills
  • Highly competent with Excel
  • Exposure to a fresh food / FMCG business

Hours; Monday-Friday

Salary; up to £36k, dependent on experience & skills offered
