The position of Technical Manager offers the opportunity to manage, motivate and drive the technical remit to achieve the highest possible results against technical strategy and expectations, alongside the positive interaction with key retail customers maintaining and further developing successful relationships and technical satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge of the major retailers' technical systems is required, to complement knowledge of all aspects of product flow from Fresh Produce crop to production, through to customer delivery. With the drive and commitment required to deliver continuous improvement across the technical function.
