Tailored Recruitment Partners are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Sowerby Bridge. We are looking for the ideal candidate to work 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with the option to work additional hours on Fridays. The Role As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: * Operating machinery safely and efficiently * Setting up and monitoring machines during production * Loading and unloading materials * Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products * Identifying and reporting any faults or issues with machinery * Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved * Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area * Following all company health and safety procedures * Working as part of the wider production team Hours & Pay Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Thursday £13.00 per hour There is also the option to work Fridays for candidates looking for additional hours. What We're Looking For Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience would be advantageous; however, candidates with relevant production experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered. You will need to be: * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment * Able to follow instructions and work safely * Quality focused with good attention to detail * Able to work effectively as part of a team * Committed to the 6:00am start time This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an early shift with a four-day core working week, with the flexibility to work additional hours on Fridays.
