Tailored Recruitment Partners are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Sowerby Bridge. We are looking for the ideal candidate to work 6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Thursday, with the option to work additional hours on Fridays.
The Role
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Setting up and monitoring machines during production
- Loading and unloading materials
- Carrying out basic quality checks on finished products
- Identifying and reporting any faults or issues with machinery
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Working as part of the wider production team
Hours & Pay
Early Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday to Thursday £13.00 per hour. There is also the option to work Fridays for candidates looking for additional hours.
What We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience would be advantageous; however, candidates with relevant production experience and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- You will need to be reliable and punctual
