Tailored Recruitment Partners are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable company based in Dewsbury for an experienced Class 2 Driver.

The role involves delivering animal by-products to commercial clients across the local area and throughout the UK, ensuring a professional and reliable service at all times.
- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 5:00am and 6:00am
- Finish times typically between 2:00pm and 4:00pm
- Average 45–55 hours per week
- 1–2 nights out per week, with overnight allowance paid
- Pay
- £16.00 per hour for the first 40 hours worked each week
- £20.00 per hour for all hours worked over 40
- Paid nights out
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle.
- Deliver animal by-products to customers in line with scheduled routes.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Complete all relevant paperwork and comply with transport legislation.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Follow all health and safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations.
- A positive, reliable, and professional attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred.
