About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to work on behalf of our client at a welcoming residential care home in Bradford.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life while delivering person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting.
- Assisting residents with mobility and daily living activities.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
- Promoting independence whilst ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing.
- Recording and reporting any changes in residents' health or behaviour.
- Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Care Assistant within a residential or nursing care setting.
- A caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the UK.
