Salary & Benefits

  • Salary ranging from £28,051 to £37,060 per annum
  • Hourly rates ranging from £13.45 to £17.77 per hour
  • Enhanced overtime rates from £17.93 to £22.50 per hour
  • £100 per sleep-in shift if exceptionally required
  • Dedicated waking nights team, meaning sleep-ins are generally not required

The Role

As part of the therapeutic care team, you will support children and young people within a residential setting, helping them to feel safe, valued and supported. No two days are the same, and the role combines practical support, relationship building, mentoring, safeguarding and helping young people engage in everyday activities and experiences.

You will work closely with colleagues and other professionals to create a structured and nurturing environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially.
