Our client is seeking Residential Childrens Support Workers and Qualified Support Workers to join their dedicated teams. Successful candidates will support children in a residential setting, helping them to feel safe, valued, and supported in their development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people
- Promote positive behaviour and build strong, trusting relationships
- Support daily routines, education, and personal development
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a safe environment
- Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
40 hours per week, on a rota basis including:
- Early shifts: 8:00am to 3:00pm
- Late shifts: 3:00pm to 10:00pm
