Qualified Residential Children's Support Worker / Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Near Burtonwood, Warrington
Salary: £37,310 - £39,390 per annum (including sleep-ins)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 2 on / 4 off
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a QualifiedResidential Children's Support Worker or Senior Residential Support Worker to join a children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team dedicated to helping young people achieve positive outcomes in a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality care and support to children and young people
- Building positive relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing
- Supporting education, independence and life skills development
- Safeguarding young people and promoting positive behaviour
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Participating in sleep-in duties as part of the rota
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) essential
- Previous experience within children's residential care
- Experience supporting young people with EBD
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Working Pattern
- 8:00am - 11:30pm
- Sleep-in
- 7:00am - 11:30pm
- Sleep-in
- Morning handover
- 2 on / 4 off rota
Salary
- Residential Children's xgikmsk Support Worker: £37,310 per annum
- Senior Residential Support Worker: £39,390 per annum
