We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist residential childcare provider for a Waking Night Residential Support Worker to join their dedicated team. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity working three nights per week, supporting vulnerable children and young people in a therapeutic residential setting.

Salary £12.85 - £13.94 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience).

About the Role

As a Waking Night Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional support of children throughout the night. You will remain awake and alert during your shift, maintaining a calm, secure, and nurturing environment. You will be part of a therapeutic care model, supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them feel safe, settled, and cared for during the night.
