Location: Newhaven, East Sussex
Salary: £50,000 £60,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead a childrens residential home in Newhaven, East Sussex.
This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the home , ensuring that young people receive safe, nurturing and therapeutic care while maintaining high standards of safeguarding, compliance and practice.
You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and Deputy Manager , while also working collaboratively with the Quality & Compliance Manager, who provides monitoring, quality assurance and professional challenge. You will retain full responsibility for the operational leadership and management of the home.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, child-centred culture where safeguarding, wellbeing and outcomes for young people are at the heart of everything you do.
