Senior Residential Children's Support Worker Wallasey (CH44)£38,486 - £39,755 per annum (inclusive of sleep-ins)Full-Time | Permanent | 2 on, 4 off Rota Our client is a well-established residential childcare provider with an excellent reputation across the region.
Operating multiple children's homes, supported accommodation services and specialist training settings, they have a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and investing in their staff.
They are now expanding their services with the opening of a brand-new children's home in Wallasey (CH44) and are looking for experienced Senior Residential Children's Support Workers to join the team from the outset.

Lead shifts and provide guidance and support to other team members.
Promote positive outcomes and encourage independence.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people at all times.
Essential Requirements Previous experience within residential children's care.
Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence (essential).
Flexibility to work long shifts, including sleep-ins.
A genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
