An established and growing childrens care provider is looking for experienced Residential Childrens Support Workers to join their expanding team. Based in Wrexham, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation that places strong emphasis on staff development, training and career progression. You will play a key role in supporting children and young people within a residential setting, helping to create a safe, stable and nurturing environment where they can develop, grow and achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality care and emotional support to children and young people in a residential setting
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Support daily routines, activities and personal development
- Promote a safe and nurturing environment at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to support care plans
- Complete accurate records and reports in line with regulatory standards

Requirements
- Experience in residential childrens care or a similar setting is essential

- Level 3 qualification in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or similar is beneficial (essential for Senior roles)

- Passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people
