About the Role
- Providing high-quality support and supervision to foster carers
- Ensuring foster placements are safe, stable and meet the needs of the children
- Conducting regular supervision visits, assessments and training
- Working closely with local authorities and other professionals to safeguard children
You’ll work in a hybrid capacity - spending time both in the Edgbaston office and working from home - with occasional evening and weekend flexibility required.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Previous fostering experience (preferred but not essential)
- A strong communicator and team player with excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
