Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day care, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people in a residential setting.

Build trusted, meaningful relationships through consistent care and emotional support.

Assist in the delivery of personalised therapeutic plans in line with each childs unique needs.

Promote positive routines, attend appointments, and encourage educational and social development.
