About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and progressive childrens residential care provider who is committed to achieving positive, long-term outcomes for young people. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking Residential Childcare Workers as well as Senior Residential Childcare Workers / Team Leaders to join their dedicated team in Wellingborough.

Role Overview
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will support children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs within a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic residential environment. You will help provide stability, guidance, and positive role modelling, contributing to each young persons care plan and personal development.
For Senior Residential Childcare Worker / Team Leader roles, you will take on additional responsibility, including mentoring staff, supporting shift leadership, and ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are maintained at all times.
All roles operate within a therapeutic care model and require accurate record-keeping using electronic systems, participation in care reviews, and effective collaboration with colleagues and external professionals.
Requirements
Residential Childcare Worker:

Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (fully funded)
Senior Residential Childcare Worker / Team Leader:

Ability to lead shifts, support and mentor staff, and contribute to care planning
