Supported Accommodation Support Workers
to join a service supporting
young people aged 16-18 leaving care
in Southport. You will be joining a
well-established organisation
with an excellent reputation across the care sector, offering a range of services including
children's residential care, supported accommodation, and in-house training and development , providing excellent opportunities for career progression. In this role you will support young people to develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently, including budgeting, cooking, maintaining a home, accessing education or employment, and preparing for adulthood. Shift Pattern
You'll work
2 long shifts per week (not on consecutive days)
and 2 sleep-in shifts that follow those long shifts , giving you
more days off each week. What We're Looking For
Experience supporting young people or vulnerable individuals is desirable. A caring, resilient and reliable approach. Good communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to helping young people achieve positive outcomes. What's On Offer
