1618 leaving care.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation and play a key role in helping young people develop the skills and confidence to live independently.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day running of the service.

Manage, support and develop the staff team.

Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.

Build positive relationships with young people and partner agencies.

Promote independence and positive outcomes.

Working Pattern

40 hours per week 24 administrative hours 1 support shift per week 1 sleep-in per week Requirements

Previous management or deputy management experience within supported accommodation or residential childcare.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Good understanding of safeguarding and supporting young people leaving care.

Relevant qualification desirable.

Full UK driving licence preferred.
